Administrative Assistant


This full-time position will perform a wide range of office tasks in support of the

President/CEO and other members of Administration. Will also provide support for

financial and human resources operations. Must be able to handle confidential

information and exercise sensitivity and discretion when communicating with others.

Must exhibit a welcoming, joyful disposition to all callers, visitors, staff, and other

stakeholders.

Candidate must have a Clerical/Administrative certification or Associate’s degree.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. At least one year previous related/similar work

experience preferred. Must be proficient in MS Office suite with ability to learn

agency specific programs and software. Must demonstrate good written and verbal

communication skills. Must be flexible and able to balance and prioritize multiple

requests, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.

Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus. 


Salary range: $32,204 - $46,696 depending on experience.

Background checks to include past employment verification, criminal record, credit

report, driving record, and education verification) must be successfully completed.

Full-Time Temporary Market to HOPE Program Coordinator


This full-time hourly temporary position will be responsible for successfully promoting and supporting the

mission of Catholic Charities of Southeast Texas by coordinating implementation and delivery of services

for the Market to HOPE program to achieve program objectives. Works in collaboration with other program

and agency staff, community leaders, and other social service agencies. Works in all permanent and

mobile locations for Market to HOPE. This is a temporary position for an undetermined period of

time.

Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or related field. At least one year previous

related/similar work experience preferred. Must be able to work evenings and weekends. Must be

proficient in MS Office suite. Must demonstrate good written and verbal communication skills. Bilingual in

English and Spanish a plus. Background checks to include past employment verification, criminal record,

credit report, driving record, and education verification.
